LOL, NO, the accuracy I've obtained with the Barnes TSX, isn't as good as the SMK! My accuracy standards aren't the most stringent though. Anytime I can put 5 shots under an inch at 100 yds works for me. I'm just a ole meat hunter.

I've shot a lot of 150-gr bullets through the 270 win, and never experienced a problem of the bullet not stabilizing,
or accuracy opening up. Just my prejudice, but when I want to reach out and touch you, so to speak, a .284 bore is my minimum. There are a lot of dirrerent reasons that lead me to that conclusion, but long bullet bearing surface, rate of twist, and MV above 3000 fps, lead to short barrel life.
Sort of why the 6.5x284 works and the 264 Win Mag doesn't.
