TM Bore Solvent and Wipe-Out Carb-Out?

I was wondering if anyone here has used TM Bore Solvent. I have a rifle that has a problem with carbon fouling in the throat. Used Sea Foam(an engine decarbonizer) GM TEC and all sorts of other solvents, bore cleaners... Some work OK some don't work at all. There was an article on 6mmbr.com that said the TM worked well on carbon. Has anyone tried it. Was also wondering about the Wipe-Out Carb-Out.
