thoughts on 223 wssm or any other long range 22 cal

Wow, my 22-243 will only hold 54 grains of extruded and 57.5 of spherical. Seems like when i owned a 223 wssm the capacity was less than the 243 case, but i stand corrected. I do like the option to use norma or lapua brass. Cheers!
