Of the 3 you listed, it's a no brainer, Weatherby Vanguard S-2 no question. Even have a decent adjustable trigger.
I wouldn't even consider the other 2.
Weatherby Vanguard S-2 rifles "should" all shoot MOA or better. They all come with a factory target. Id look at a couple, & pick the one with the best target.
They have a "sub MOA" version for more $ but it seems that they pick the rifles with the smallest targets & throw a fancy "Sub MOA" stamp on em.
