Sierra .375 350gn SMK. Confirmed data sought.
Hiya guys,
I'm running the Sierra 350grn Match Kings in my wildcat LR hunting rifle (.375/338LM IMP based). Getting 2850fps with a mid level load as I don't want to stuff my brass up too quick.
I've swapped over to this bullet since they have become more readily available now. Just wanting to seek some confirmed data from you guys stateside who have had this bullet for a while now.
The published BC on the Sierra website seems pretty good thus far, but I have yet to push this bullet past 750m. Does anyone have BC and spin drift data for a 1-10 tube that differs greatly from the published data for BC and calculated spn drift data from Exbal?
Cheers, Sledge....

With a bit more MV, 3250 FPS, the published bc steps are quite close to 1000 yds.
Out of a 10 twist bore.
More definitive work will be forth coming.

Re: Sierra .375 350gn SMK. Confirmed data sought.
I have bought 500 of them but have decided to wait to cut chips to see if Big Green is really going to find time to built the big SMK's. They are on the list to do as a future project but as of the last data I got form them nothing was scheduled.
Going to design a cartridge for HV Class to use in competition--will be a wind killer!!!

Ahh, me too...
Out doing some LR data confirmation shooting on Sunday, so I'll chart the drop compared to the published data.

Not anymore. Sierra have released them for general sale. I bought mine direct from them a few weeks back. No more of the monopoly of small retailers selling them as if they were gold plated.

Thanks Sierra!
