who make a shell holder for the 408 Cheyenne case , I have make custom set of dies ( seater and neck ) but if that possible to find a shell holder that save time for me, because if shell holder are available from a major manufacture I can set my headspace on the production shell holder rather to make areal custom full sizer / shell holder .
