Sako 75 300 WSM problems. Where do I start.

I am having problems with one of my rifles. Sako 75 Stainless Hunter 300 WSM. VERY FRUSTRATED. I am getting flyers. Not talking just a little. You get past 200 yards and one will be two to five inches off. One out of the three are flying. It doesn't seem to matter if the barrel is hot or cold. Everything we shoot is hand loads. We have tried every recipe. Conditions does not seem to matter. Ive even had a good friend who is a great long distance shooter check it and it does the same. I had the scope sent to leupold and had the BDC recticle put in. I thought it might be that. I had that checked and its not. WHERE DO I START
