Rifle weight?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how much my rifle will weigh before I have it built. I have Remington 700 sa that I have a b&c a2 stock on and I will be ordering a lilja # 7 contour fluted barrel finished at 26" and a jewel trigger and it will be a 6.5x47 lapua. Without optics.

Could be wrong, but that sounds more like what it would weigh WITH optics? I would guess more like 9 1/2 lbs.
