Remington SPS Varmint .22-250 Bullets/Accuracy???

I have had my rifle for over a year now and have reloading set up for it. (Note: I don't have alot of money, so I've been limited to how much testing I can do) I have tried two different kinds of factory ammo and they were not that good. I thought I had a good load with Nosler 55gr. Ballistic Tips till I took them out to 200 yards and they turned out terrible. Then I loaded up some 45gr. Barnes Triple-Shock X Bullets and they just sucked. I’m using Varget Powder, which I have read is a good powder. If anyone else uses factory ammo or reloads for this rifle, I would greatly appreciate if you could tell me what works best for you.
