Remington issues
I have a Remington 700 sps in .308 win, 26" heavy barrel. Can't find a bullet weight the gun likes. Tried 130,147,150 and 165's. anyone have a suggestion?

Re: Remington issues
I’ve never found a rifle I couldn’t make shoot sub MOA no matter how pitiful. The first thing is to make sure that the barrel floats. Then I usually use Barnes TTSXs or LRXs. They are not picky about seating depth like the Bergers. I also go with a Hodgdon Extreme powder unless I have a pretty good reason not to. If that doesn’t work, put a custom Krieger on it.

Re: Remington issues
Try some Nosler Custom Competition 168's and 175's.

Re: Remington issues
Mostly factory loads. The 130's are hand loads with Barnes ttsx's and varget. Don't remember the charge.

Re: Remington issues
1:12 factory twist, not fouled, less than 100 rounds thru it
