Rem 700 vs Custom actions

I know the custom actions based off a rem 700 are much nicer and require no truing and what not but based on a cost perspective whats a better bang for your buck?

I've read on 6mmbr that the stiller predator action is just a bit more money than a trued rem 700 but with the stiller do you get bottom metal or a trigger?

I only ever see expensive bottom metal. Anyone know where one could get some less expensive bottom metal?

You can take a look at Midway, they have options from $80 to $320 Gunsmithing - Shop Gunsmithing Tools & Supplies at MidwayUSA

If you post exactly what kind of trigger and metal you are looking for on here and on you will probably get a good deal. There are so many 700's that get turned into single shots with jewel triggers that the other parts are fairly cheap.
