REm 700 and model 7 triggers the same ??

I have a buddy that wants to lighten the pull on two of his model 7 rifles , he likes the way the Holland spring kits worked on my 700's
Question is will the 700 springs work in the Model 7 triggers ?? aren't they the same?

I never paid any attention when I adjusted my Daughter's 7, the springs should be the same, that would be my "guess". MSC has lighter springs if they aren't the same. I sure couldn't tell I "wasn't" adjusting a 700 trigger even if they aren't the same.
