rem 300win mag

im going to be white tail deer hunting with a 300win mag .going to be using factery ammo . what kind would be best to use and what grain

The Winchester Supreme 180 NBTs work great for anything from Antelope to Moose.

Federal Premium and Remington Premier loads are excellent as well. I Believe Fed. has the 180 NBTs too and Remington carries the Accutips.

i have been shooting the 300 winny for 15 yrs. now depending on your twist which my guess would be a 1 in 10 twist you should look for a 165gr. which hornady ammo should work thw best remember abount 4in. high at 100yrds. you willbe zeroed at 300. also remember shoot'em in the neck and they'll always be right there!!!!! good luck!null <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">quote:</font><HR> <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>
