Real difference...in barrels..

So assuming no matter what weight a gun is it starts moving as soon as the bullet starts down the barrel. Wouldn't a lighter gun move more than a heavy gun? So if you consider the barrel time of a 20" barrel vs 28" barrel wouldn't you say either gun would move more before the bullet exits? So the problem would only get worse with a lighter gun and longer barrel. I know this is probably less than the holding a long light rifle on target but could still make things worse??

Thats pretty much my point, it takes a much more consistant marksman to shoot a light rifle well then it does to shoot a heavier rifle well.

Light weight rifles are just not as easy to shoot as heavier rifles. That has nothing to do with the accuracy potential of the rifle in any way, just how we as humans can shoot them.
