Question for Kirby - Is there a 6mm Allen Mag?

Hey Kirby, or anyone else that knows the answer, is there a 6mm version of the Allen Mags? If there is, I am curious about it and would like some information about it. If not, is there any plans for one in the near future?

Re: Question for Kirby - Is there a 6mm Allen Mag?

Alucard,

There is not one at the moment but I have been thinking about one for a long time. I wanted to see what my 224 AM did and then use that to help me determine what I would use for a basis for a 6mm Allen Mag.

I was leaning toward the WSM case but after testing my 224 AM I am not sure if I want to go that large in case capacity or not.

WIth the current bullets out there in 224 and 6mm, The big rounds are pretty much topped out with the 22-6mm AI and 6mm-06. There is more velocity to be had, just need the bullets to catch up to handle the stain.

OK thanks. I didn't think there was, but just had to check.
