PDA for ballistics program

Taking the next step. Want to know what kind of PDA's shooters have used in the field to come up with firing solutions (exbal, etc). Has anybody tried the Blackberry, or the new "smart phones" like the Palm Treo or the Motorola Q? Any input is appreciated.

I'm using a Palm III with Exbal and it does just fine for the cost (cheap).

hi
i am using the spv m3100 and it runs sat nave and xbal
and you can go on the web and email basically a small computer.
you need a gps receiver for sat nav
