Glad you like the PK, they do work pretty well!!! The PK is designed specifically to protect the shooter from the muzzle blast then other muzzle brake
designs while still offering the recoil reduction. This is accomplished by larger exhaust ports to reduce escaping muzzle gas velocity but also by directing the gas in a very focused direction with the slab style angled ports.
While the muzzle blast is generally much less to the shooter and rear positioned spotter, someone positioned to the side of the shooter may fine the muzzle blast extremely intense!!!

If I could recommend a bit of loading advice. I have never liked Retumbo or anything that slow in the 7mm Rem Mag. I have always liked powders such as RL-22 and H-4831 for this capacity case and this class of bullets. Generally gets a bit more velocity then the Retumbo class and generally produces less carbon fouling as well then the shower powders.
