Obermeyer type 5-R rifling
What advantages, if any, are there to Obermeyer type 5-R rifling over conventional cut rifling?

I see Krieger is offering the Obermeyer 5-R rifling now. The premium over regular cut rifling is only $30, so I was thinking about trying it in the 6.5-284 barrel that I plan to have installed soon.

I'm just curious to know if/why the Obermeyer rifling is desireable.

Most people have found good barrel life, less pressure and more MV
