New Savage Edge- Carbon Steel vs Stainless Steel
My younger brother wants to set up a rifle for deer and coyotes. I just set up a varmint rig chambered in 243. win and my brother wants that or the 25-06. Hes looking for a beginner gun since he is still young and came across the Savage edge. Looks to be the perfect beginner gun and he loves it. I think hes leaning towards the 25-06 for those big Canadian Whitetail and Large Montana Mulies. The gun comes in a Stainless Steel and a Carbon Steel. Whats the difference? and what is better?
do you suggest the 25-06 or 243. win? The gun maybe used on Caribou as well
