New rifle break-in

1) What are some proven methods you guys use to break-in a new factory rifle?

2) Tubb sells the Final Finish System, and I am wondering if it is worth the cost to use it after I get the rifle broken in?

Re: New rifle break-in

www.kriegerbarrels.com .click on barrel cleaning
I've omly tried the Tubbs fire lapping bullets in a Model 70 7 Rem Mag. I don't know for sure if it helped or not as it was a very rough barrel and after 150 rounds plus the Tubbs' bullets it finally was cleaning up with less than 10 patches instead of 20+. I'm would like to think that it did help somewhat though. If you are shooting a factory rifle I would not worry about trying to get a good load nailed down until you had 100+ rounds that tube.IMO
