I shoot a 300 win mag and 7 STW with brakes and no problem. You need the 2 that's has more distance to the magneto

I know it has been used with success on 338 lapuas with this kind of muzzle brake

This is on my very short list of things I WANT to acquire this year.

The ability not to have to hold up the range to set up a tripod alone makes it worth buying another tool. Like I need a reason

Good device ... if you're ONLY interested in rifle shooting. I shoot handguns and arrows too.

Looks nice and simple for setup and not having to set up tripod, lining up screens, etc..
