New 300RUM From Len

Thank You Len for my first custom built rifle in 300RUM !
Just starting load developement with some Retumbo and 230gr. Hybrid Bergers.
Hope to hit the range soon !

Have you shot it yet ? If so what kinda velocity are you getting with the 230? Very nice rifle by the way.

I was hoping to get out this weekend but was not able to. I'll be sure to post the out come of my ladder load test. I saw your thread over at LRO and know of your interest in the 215 and 230 Bergers. Im there also.The velocity numbers you mentioned are possible. You can Follow along at "My First Custom 300RUM".

I will keep watching. hoping that it works out for you. Yeah im wanting a Longrange elk hammer. What does your setup weight ready to hunt?
