here's my pet 165gr .30-06 load. Tested out of a bone stock Ruger 77.

Nosler brass
57 gr. IMR 4350
CCI 200 LR Primer
3.34" OAL
165gr Nosler BT.

To my dismay, this load grouped sub .5" at 100 yards again and again. It also liked 57.5 grains. Anyhow, you might have a bad lot of bullets, excuse me if this info has already been posted.
