Re: muzzle brake ?????

I have only owned one in my life and it was made by a local smith and it SUCKED! Vais is supposed to be good but I also heard that harrells brakes are good. they are much cheaper than vais too.

Re: muzzle brake ?????

I have a titanium brake on my 300RUM but its from christensen arms. Im not sure if they will do a normal barrel or if it has to be carbon fiber. Id give em a call it sure works good though.

If you're set on a titanium brake, check out 308 Nates website. I think he makes a titanium model.

+1 for Shawns brakes!. I changed out a couple of my rifles with DE brakes and glad I did. Much better design than the ones my smith had done for me.
