Looks great Kalashnikov, I just was wondering about a couple of things... Did you tune the trigger or did you have a smith do it for you? Where did you buy the Nightforce and how much?
cheers

Nosler: bullets, ammunition, rifles, brass, and reloading data.

What's the difference between the 338 Lapau and the 338 Win Mag?

Let me suggest you to try, with 250 grs bullet as Scenar, loads between 82 and 88 grs of With. N 560.
On my HS they work great (HS groups best with 86, but still manages 88; Sako prefers 82-84).
You will also experience a strange "smoothness" in recoil, making it very pleasant to shoot. The only bad thing is quite a lot of muzzle flash, but here we do not have problems of countersniping.

What kind of MV do you get with the N560?

200m range report #2
Added a cheek piece last week and got to the range again today testing 92.5 to 94 gr RL25 and the 250 Scenars. I did all my shooting a 200m. It looks like the load settles down around 2830-2850 fps and it looks like I will be working within a range of 93.0 gr RL 25 to find my pet load. I did notice the groups opening up after about 20 rounds - curious if the fouling is the issue, or just me losing focus near the end of my session? Note: Average velocity with the 94 grains RL25 was 2937 fps, but the groups opened up and recoil was stiff.
