Loadbase Start-up Problems

Having problems getting LB started up. Patagonia is working with me, but I thought one of you might have run across this problem.

Problem is that the registration wizard won't go away.

I downloaded the set-up file from Patagonia's site, ran it. Program installs. I ran the wizard & created the user file - sent it to Patagonia, and they sent back the license file.

I copied the file to the directory (C:\Program Files\LoadBase 2.0)

When I run the program again, the wizard comes back.

Any ideas?

Don't worry, now that you mail Patagonia about it, they will send you an executable file that you will download anywhere in your computer, double click on it and your problems will be solved. Happened to me about a week ago. It's smoking now. You'll love the program! good luck!
