Do you remember the differences between the original Accumax I vs the Lothar Walther-Accumax II?
The reason I ask is I bought a 6.5mm x 26" x 1.20" in the white barrel from Mark Stouse when we were both still on the original Benchrest board back in '98 and the detailed info I had was lost due to a hard drives hack n' crack from i'net scum and I'm trying to figure out the differences again. Can't decide whether to have a 6.5mm-? light gun built or to sell it and go for a 338 AM or Edge heavy.
As regards the Robar NP3: I used to have a 3-gun comp Rem 1100 that was fully metal finished in NP3 and was the most reliable and easiest to maintain semi-auto gun I've ever owned. The self-lubricity properties were incredible and it was damn near impervious to normal wear and tear. Truly a no bull product.
Victor: please excuse my asking a question on your thread.
Sorry but I'm not sure about the differance between the Accumax and the Accumax II barrels , I'm wanting to say that the barrels came form a totaly differant maker and differant steel but don't quote me on that.
Like I said before Black Star is not a barrel making company they only electropolish the bore and alot of other things for industrial buisnesses.
