Help with a start/stop load for RL 17/HV100

If anyone could run some numbers to help me get some starting loads for RL17 and HV100 I would appreciate it. I don't know what information you need to do that, but here is some anyway.

300 RSAUM
26" barrel
208gr AMAX
3.005" COAL
RP 9.5M primer
300' elevation
50F temp

Powder : Alliant Reloder-17

gbp - I think he was referring to Hybrid 100V from Hodgdon and not H-1000.

That looks great for the RL 17. I went ahead and loaded from 58 to 61 grs to get an idea.
