H870 is AA8700
In talking to a Accurate Arms tech this morning, I was told that AA8700 is the exact same powder as H870, purchased in huge quantities as military surplus powder from Olin by AA and Hodgdon and that it only varies from batch to batch as does any powder.
Hope this helps somebody with overbore chamberings.
