Good gunsmith in upper midwest

Is there a list somewhere of decent/qualified Remington gunsmiths in the upper midwest? Looking for someone to re-barrell and bed.

I live a little bit south of Indy, but know a couple guys that used Dwight Scott in the past. One fine gunsmith!
