Re: gg, 95gr berger 6mm

The Berger bullets have a BC of 0.524 while the 70 gr Sierra MK has a BC of 0.259. The wind drift of the Berger at 500 yds will be about half of the 70 SMK which is something like 27 inches in a 10 mph wind. It appears just from looking at them and standing the Berger up next to the little SMK that the SMK actually has more bearing surface than the Berger. This long front and relatively long boattail may be difficult to stabilize. I don't know but we will see.

I don't think I could afford to go to Cabelas too many times or else I would go broke. One box is all I needed for testing and shooting one or two matches. I am not planning on getting neck deep into competition. But thanks for the offer anyway.

I suspect I will not need any hamburgers, I will probably be eating crow. After a while you develop a taste for it.
