deadliest 223 bullet

I have started reloading .223 and i was wondering what is the most deadliest nastiest bullet i can load? I have some 55gr v-max moly coated.

For the .223 with 1-14 or 1-12 twist, I'd go with the 40grainers, either Ballistic Tips (my favorite) or the V-Max's. I read an aritcle at Books-a-Million in a magazine (AR Rifle) about a guy shooting a .223 (AR) with a 1-6.5 twist barrel and was shooting the 80gn VLD and knocking tennis ball size exit wounds in deer out to 600yds. He said the bullet actually performed better past 300yds. JohnnyK.
