my Rem 700 22-250

I get excellent results with Hornady Match BTHP or AMax in 52 gr. But, I have a 1 in 12" twist. You still should be able to get good results with them. You won't be able to stabalize much over 55gr, and then even some 55gr may not work in a 1-14 twist.

I like the 52 gr SMK with my Kimber 84M Longmaster VT. It has a 1 in 14 twist with a 26" barrel. I get best accuracy with 34.4 gr IMR-4064
