? browning 338 madallion pro cons thk

I have a chance to buy a browning 338 medallion . And ive never never fired one any info would be appreciated thks

    I have never shot a 338. but from my understanding its a fantastic cartridge. I do know more about browning if you need that answered too. I picked up a Browning 300. wsm because i found a truly fantastic deal on it and i couldn't pass it up. One of the best decisions i have ever made. zeroed the scope at 100 yards and can hit anything out to 300 yards and have a good group with no effort.

    thks for the reply I know the owner very well he took 3 elk at 200+ yards hes just up in age for it
