IIRC you have 60 days from the first billing to dispute a CC charge! It would seem that you are coming up on that date...or it may have passed.

Well my ammo finally arrived yesterday. 3 months after they charged my card. They did call a few weeks after I started the thread saying that their 300rum brass just got in and that it was back ordered. The lady had no answer when I asked her why they waited 2 months to return my phone calls. I will report back as to how it shoots.

I also bought a box of .300rum ammo from Georgia Arms. It came to my door within a week and a half.

I was just checking their website and it appears the owner's wife passed away on 18 Apr.

I know that's no excuse for poor customer service, I just thought I would pass it along FWIW.

As of right now NOONE should do business with this group. I cant believe its been since january of this year. I canceled my order in early APRIL and have still not heard when I will get my refund. I am blogging everywhere about these guys and next week I am noctacting the Attorneys General Office and the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered 275.00 of 7mm ultra mag ammuniction from this company in january 8th 2009. After 4 weeks of no informaton I emailed them. Well they backorderred my ammmo. I continually emailed them and continued getting cryptic or ambiguous responses. here are some quotes:
Thank you for your order on January 8, 2009 for three boxes of 7mm Remington Ultra Mag. It usually takes four to six weeks to complete and ship an order. We are a custom shop, which means we build all our orders on an as ordered basis when materials are readily available. The 7mm brass is currently on back order. Once we receive the brass we will process and ship your order. You will be sent a email notification along with the Fed Ex tracking number. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to contact us.
Sounds good when they got my money!
March 19th: I am not sure if we will be able to get the order to you by the end of the month. We are having difficulty getting some of the raw products.
March 19th: Sorry for the delay in completing your order. We are having difficulty getting in raw materials to build orders. It started out with shortage of brass/bullets and now our suppliers are also having a hard time getting powder and primers. We will ship as soon as we can. April 16th: Sorry I have not responded in a timely fashion. I was out of the office
April 9 - 14 and have been very busy catching up. I will forward your
cancellation request to the proper department for processing.

I cancelled my order: I emailed you on the tenth (March) indicating that i can no longer wait for my order. Its been two months. I requested and again request a refund for my order. Please email me confirmation of this refund.
In the past you have emailed promptly but have not pertaining to my refund request.

April 24th: Please let me know when I can expect a refund to my card. Thank you
may 10th: Please let me know when I can expect a refund to my card. Thank you (second request)
may 17th: Another week has passed and I have again no word from your company. I just don't know what to do here. I am very patient, but this seems elementary to me. I asked for a product that you could not deliver. Why is this process taking so long? I am going to start calling your company this week. In the coming weeks I will begin to blog about your organization, then I will progress from there, contacting the Attorney Generals office and using all of my law experience to regain my funds!
I hope to end this with an amicable resolution soon. Thank you in advance for your resolving my account refund.

May 18th: Mr Conley processes all refunds and I have sent your email to him. He should respond to your request

I too got stuck by Conley Precision Cartridge Co. Ordered a few boxes of ammo a few months ago, a few hundred bucks later and no product! Communication skills are absolutely bottom of the barrel and I can't see how this outfit will be able to retain past customers much less build to their client base. If they responded and kept customer up to date on what was going on with orders that would be first step... STAY AWAY and find another reloader!!!
