Have and use several 30" and longer barrels. As stated you sould ALWAYS use hearing protection while doing bench work and its not a bad idea to do so while hunting but in many situations this is not practical.
I personally do not use protection while hunting, not even with my high intensity single shot handguns or braked rifles. Good motivation to make that first shot count!! [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
