OK,this may be dumb question but can load 175gr in 7mm wsm and 220gr in 300wsm?

yes, of course you can. It just may not fit well in the case and mag.

175 you can in the wsm but I'd do it on a long action instead of a short action.

Yes and yes, although 200 gr is about max that most folks will go in the 300 wsm. If you plan on shooting those weights you would be better off with the originals or the RUM versions.
