700 actions

Doing a new build and looking around for a stock actions. I know you can buy them but where?

Doner rifles... I JUST found out that I can take my remington 700 VLS and with a minor swap of the barrel make it a _________. Im still trying to figure out the potentials

Brownells. But for the price you may as well buy a complete rifle at a nearby store.

Brent is correct. Buy from Wal Mart or Cal Ranch. You'll spend less and get a trigger, magazine, and follower too.

What type of cartridge you thinking, some actions are easier to find than others.
Standard long actions pretty easy to come buy if your not worried about whether its stainless or blued. I run accross rem's quite a bit, but as stated a sure thing is watch Cal Ranch for a sale and get the platform you need so your not trying to adapt one to do something it was not made to do.
