I think you either mean the 140 grain or 160 grain Accubond I do not think they make a 150 grain yet. The 140 Accubonds I am shooting them with 80 grains of R-22 at 3426 FPS with about a 3/4 inch group at 100yards. The 160 Accubond I am shooting 77 grains of R-22 at 3256 FPS with a 1/2 inch group at 100 yards. Reduce both loads by 3 grains and work your way up a half grain at a time. My rifle is a stock Rem 700 Sendero.

Dakor... Do you hunt with these loads? I am having only marginal sucess with Partitions (1-1/2" @ 100 yds). Great bullit, but looking for tighter groups and great performance! Z-28

I have not killed anything with them yet but I will be over the next few weeks. I did test them by shooting them at 15 yards and at 60 yards through wet text books and lots of wood and they held around 60% of their weight just like a Partition would. The 140 grain I will use for deer and mid size game and the 160 grain I would use for Elk and Moose and not think twice about it.

    I'm shooting 74.0gr IMR 7828 under the 160gr Accubond bullet. Shoots .5"-.6" and chrono's @ 3,150 from my 26" barrel

They probably could be shot a bit faster but this is were the accuracy lies in my rifle.

These IMO are very light loads. I use IMR 7828 and H1000 for my 175 SBT's and exceed 3100 fps with accurate loads.

Re: 7 stw accubond load help

From what I have found is R-22 will give the best velocity in the 7mm STW. The only other powders I have found that come close is H-1000 and IMR-7828 but R-22 still had an average of 50fps faster with the same bullet weights over the other two I mentioned. Alot of data out there really down loads the STW. The best manual I have found that really comes close to what the cartridge can do is the Sierra manuals.
