This statement makes me shake my head in frustration. Here in eastern N.C., I don't think many rifles of any caliber ever get shot out. I probably shoot more than most of my hunting friends and I'd be hard-pressed to put over 100 rounds through a single rifle.

You guys out West do some serious shooting!
I hope to retire out that way someday so I can join ya.

same here. a rifle is a life long investment here in the west end of pa. i cant even imagine what it might be like to shoot so much you keep 3 guns hot all day...
