I think you said almost exactly the same thing that I said, but you were much more eloquent in your delivery. well done
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

My Savage Striker 243 WSSM shoots the 115 Berger out the muzzle @ 2550. It took 2 doe antelope this year @ 330, and 420, with about quarter-size exit wounds on both. Velocity was down to 2000 fps on the 400 yarder, if this is any help.

Thanks for all the replys really enjoy this forum. What I think I am going to do is build a switch barrel rifle with a A5, H&S center feed bottom metal , holland lug , rifle basics trigger, 22-243 & 6.5 ackley 28 inch bartlien barrel 5r rifleing I think a 9 twist on both to shoot the 80,s and 140,s want to put a brake on the 6.5.

I did not see your post being as I was typing when you posted it and on my computer it shows up on a different page. I would have been a little more factual.

I appreciate your thoughts on the 115 grain bullets. It tells me to be very careful with my throat so it doesn't get too rough and rip the bullets up.

Usually I have a hard time getting the Berger to blowup because of the trouble in manuvering the antelope into a positon in front of a rock.
