Has anybody done this and shot 250Mk's and is it possible to get 2700fps with it? Looking for something to shoot out to 600 yds and make big holes, easier to see big holes in paper.

I was able to get 2600+ with my Savage target action pistol with a 17" barrel. It is a 10 twist McGowen barrel with a jp brake. It was a hot load ;-)
With RL 17 I'm getting 3100 with 200g AB.

Yes, depending on barrel length you should be able to get 2700fps with the 250's. With a 28" it will top out around 2700, it will be easy to achieve with a 30" barrel. With a 26" barrel, you might get there with a hot load, but it will depend upon your barrel and how long you throat the chamber.
