338 RUM vs 338 HART

So I'm building a new long range rifle, actually Hart is building it. What can you guys tell me about these choices? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

are these recomendations by Hart or are they your choices?

I would go with the RUM. A lot easier. for almost he same fps.
