338 lapua (standard) max velocity with a 250 grain

I am building a 338 lapua (standard)with a 30" #7 lilja barrel. I want to shoot 250 grain Sierra gamekings. What king of velocity could I achieve?
I was hoping to get over 3200...

I also hear that you only increase 15 - 20 fps for every inch over 26".

Anyone with facts or opinions and especially load data please reply

With a 30 inch barrel you should be well over 3200fps with the 250. I've personally had 338 Lapua rifles that were over 3200 with the 250 GameKing, a friend of mine has a 27+- inch barrel on his TRG-41 and gets 3240 with the 250.
