I like RL22 for the .300 WSM. I am using 67.5gr. topped off with a 180gr. nosler ballistic tip. I don't have the velocitys with me, but it is a good load. I shot a 3" 5 shot group at 600yds. from a GAP built .300 WSM with that load. You should drop the charge down and work your way up. I have shot many deer from point blank to over 300 several times and never had a problem. I have also shot 165 Scirrocco using RL22. That load is very fast and flat shooting. My other computer crashed with all my info such as loading data and velocitys so I can't help you much more than that. However get a reloading manual and work up some loads.

I shoot 180 Nosler AB's and H4350 powder with a pretty heavy charge. I am getting right around 2900 out of a 24" barreled Tikka. I don't make it a habit of telling people the charge I use. I had no luck with my 165 Scirrocco's
