Jerry,..my lugs are lapped to give that amount of contact. Even with my grease on the lugs,..there is a very firm and positive feel when I close the bolt empty/loaded.

Thanks Jerry.I just took out my firing pin and closed the bolt.There is no contact at all as I can feel.In fact it seems to move foreward a little but I havent put an indicator on it yet.The bolt lugs were lapped.Would you have this corrected?Barrel has a little over 500rds.
