300 win rebarrel

If I were to rebarrel my 300 win what would you suggest, it would be used for paper and gongs to 1000 and muley and elk hunting What barrel? What contour? What twist? Do you pick a bullet like a 210 vld or 208 amax and then get a barrel suited and chambered for that? Thanks

expand as in how much you wanna spend so forth....Ive got a 300WM Sendero Ill be honest Ive shot factory guns my whole life then up and orderd a KIRBY special....its another world.....but if all you want to do is a barrel change Id be thinkin 338 edge!

I havent made up my mind to go big and bad or maybe someting like a 257, 270 express??????

What id do is pick a bullet and cal and let Shawn Kirby or whoever you pick do the rest....and make it fit your needs!
