300 win moly coated ammo

Hi,
I have a Browning Abolt composite rifle and at the end of deer season our local Wally world dropped the price on the Winchester Supreme high velocity power-point plus moly coated bullets to $10.00 a box and I bought 5 boxes. They shoot pretty good at 100 yards and now I am getting over a neck surgery I want to shoot it but can that moly coating ruin my barrel and what if any techniques are required to clean the barrel if I shoot these 5 boxes eventually. Even with the Boss the neck is still tender. Thanks
