300 RUM: Retumbo or H1000?

Retumbo will give you the most velocity and I had good accuracy as well. I don't doubt that H1000 would be a little more accurate though.....Rich

I shoot H-870 in mine for best results. If you can find it. US 869 and Retumbo is what I will try next when the 870 runs out. My friends are doing very well with retumbo.

Ditto on the H870! I didn't mention it because it is no longer available but I got higher velocity with it than ANY other powder. You can get T870 which I am told is exactly the same surplus powder that was sold by Hodgdon......Rich
