Did I miss a price? I am pretty dense. What material? 416? How far out do you expect lead time to be? What was OD on that beautiful thing? Sory so many questions.

Man that is a sweet looking gun/action. I would yell dibbs for serial number 00001 but I already got one order in with ya.
I admit that I know just enough to be dangerous.....but dangerous at ever extending distances.

There is no secret that many aspects of my Raptor are similiar to the Nesika Bay M receiver, why not, it is in my opinion the nest receiver out there. Just wanted to take that and improve on it by stretching the receiver threads even more, beefing up the bolt head and adding a few other unique features.

No need to totally reinvent the wheel, just make it better to use is all I am trying to do for us.

Take care,

The reference with respect to "familiar looking" had to do with having seen the pictures before.;)

When I look at an item, such as an action, I look at every aspect and dimension as a newly created mechanical item. All I see is a well thought out and designed Raptor. Never even crossed my mind that it was anything other than a Raptor.

Kinda like looking at different quarter horses. They all have 4 legs and a head, but......some, like the Raptor does, stand out immediately as being totally different and a cut above the rest.

Kirby, could you give us a comparison with other common/popular receivers and the raptor,as far as basic dimensions/weight, that sort of thing? 700, Savage, Lawton, Nesika, Bat. the price was already asked for, so i won't ask again. LOL
